Land Development has been a significant undertaking since 2000. Today, it sees a continued, efficient tractor dealership with John Deere in Pune, Mumbai and Raigad. The Seyash Group also undertakes various turnkey industrial projects, and is now establishing a stronghold in the construction sector.
